I’m in the process of buying a vehicle from Simon Best , and I must say right from the start last Thursday when I first enquired about my vehicle he has been extremely professional , helpful and efficient .One of the notable aspects was the way in which he volunteered the information right up front that this particular vehicle didn’t have its service history book . I thought that was very good he drew this to my attention and it didn’t put me off from being interested in the vehicle . He was never pushy during our initial telephone conversation , he answered all my questions perfectly , and has been very helpful in allowing me to arrange a full AA inspection today which was very satisfactory . Simon has agreed to put a new MOT on the vehicle , and has agreed to complete a full service as also recommended by the AA inspection . I would therefore like to report on this review that so far all is very good , I’m very impressed with everything about how this purchase has been handled by Simon and I will update it once the vehicle has been delivered to my home .

From initial phone enquiry to coming up from Plymouth to view a mini, I received honest and accurate details about the car . Any questions I asked about the car were answered promptly . Found a vehicle on the website that was just what we were after. Contacted Best Trading and the 2 gentlemen (Eddie and really sorry, can't remember the other guys name) were super helpful from start to finish. We knew the vehicle was a very good price for the age and mileage and didn't want to drive 2 hours up to them and it then be sold. They allowed us to put a holding deposit on the vehicle so that we could ensure it was still there when we got to them the next day. The vehicle was exactly as described and was ready to drive away the same day which made things so much easier for us it meant we didn't have to do another 2 hour trip to come and collect it.Eddie was a genuine sales guy and gave us all details we needed from start to finish. Would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking for a vehicle. I did notice they had some other vans on their website that were also low mileage and very reasonable prices so very much worth a look. Thank you for your help with this purchase Eddie.

Very friendly and helpful, very fast, as I arrived on site I got offered teas and coffees along with food, I then got handed keys to go look round the van ourselfs, when I was happy to take it I told them everything’s good they didn’t interfere while we checked out the van, they left us to it, I wasn’t to fussed of a test drive but they insisted I take it a test drive before I sign the paperwork so I did, really can’t fault the way anything went, I have to give 5/5 as I can’t think of a single fault or anything I didn’t like. Brilliant company and brilliant staff 👌

I bought a car from these a few weeks back. Gary was really friendly and although he said he doesn't usually deal with the car side of it, he was very informative. Very smooth sale and told me if there were any issues to call back immediately. On the way home, the tyre pressure warning came on. I called the following day and he said I could either take it to a local garage or to take it back to them. Even though the garage was 45 minutes away from me. I decided to take it back to them. It was sorted out while I waited. Nothing negative to say about Best Cars and would highly recommend. Excellent customer service from 😊 Thanks, again!
